1. About RoK Toolkit
RoK Toolkit is an independent, fan-made web application built to help Rise of Kingdoms players manage their gameplay through calculators, trackers, guides, and planning tools. RoK Toolkit has no affiliation, partnership, or connection of any kind with Lilith Games Co., Ltd. Rise of Kingdoms and all related intellectual property are owned by Lilith Games Co., Ltd. Any game imagery or names that appear on this site are referenced purely to provide context within player tools and remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By visiting or using RoK Toolkit in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should stop using the site immediately. These Terms apply to all users regardless of access level or account status.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RoK Toolkit. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old, or have verifiable parental consent, in order to use the site, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and UK GDPR. By using the site, you confirm that you meet the age requirement applicable in your country. If you become aware that a child below the applicable minimum age is using the site without appropriate consent, please contact us through the RoK Toolkit Discord server.
4. Sign-In and Account Access
RoK Toolkit uses Discord OAuth2 to handle authentication. When you sign in, you authorise RoK Toolkit to read your Discord username, profile picture, and server role information. This data is used solely to determine your access level on the site. RoK Toolkit does not receive or store your Discord password at any point. Access to the site, including any elevated permissions granted to alliance members, leadership, or staff, is provided at the discretion of the RoK Toolkit team and may be adjusted or revoked at any time without prior notice.
5. Data We Collect and How We Use It
When you sign in via Discord OAuth2, RoK Toolkit receives and stores the following information from your Discord account: your Discord user ID, your username, your profile picture, and the server roles associated with your membership in relevant Discord servers. This data is used solely to authenticate your identity and determine your access level on the site. We do not sell, share, or use your Discord data for any advertising, marketing, or commercial purpose, in accordance with Discord's Developer Terms of Service. RoK Toolkit retains this data for as long as your account remains active or for as long as is necessary to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the RoK Toolkit Discord server. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR. These include the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
RoK Toolkit uses session cookies solely to keep you signed in between page visits. These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function and are not used to track your activity across other websites or for any advertising purpose. By using the site, you consent to the placement of these essential cookies on your device. If you disable cookies in your browser settings, you will not be able to sign in to the site.
7. Permitted Use
RoK Toolkit is provided for personal, non-commercial use by Rise of Kingdoms players. By using the site, you agree to the following conditions. (a) You will not use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access, copy, or extract data from the site. (b) You will not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems. (c) You will not use the site for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulation. (d) You will not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, role, or alliance affiliation. (e) You will not attempt to access features or data you are not authorised to use.
8. User-Created Content
Certain areas of RoK Toolkit allow users to publish content, such as guides and notes. You retain full ownership of any content you create. By publishing content on RoK Toolkit, you grant the site a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display that content to other users as part of the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that anything you submit is your own original work and does not infringe on the rights of any third party. RoK Toolkit reserves the right to remove any user-created content at any time and for any reason.
9. Copyright Infringement Reports
RoK Toolkit respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. If you believe that content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us through the RoK Toolkit Discord server and include the following information. (a) A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. (b) A description of where the allegedly infringing material appears on the site. (c) A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material has not been authorised by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law. (d) Your name and contact details. (e) A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf. We will review valid notices and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Accuracy of Data
Rise of Kingdoms is an actively developed live game that receives frequent updates. The values, statistics, and outputs produced by tools on this site may not always reflect the current state of the game. RoK Toolkit does not guarantee that any information on the site is accurate, complete, or up to date. All tools and content are provided as guidance only, and you should verify important decisions independently.
11. No Warranties
RoK Toolkit is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The site makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. Your use of the site is at your own risk.

All Rise of Kingdoms assets displayed on the site remain the intellectual property of Lilith Games Co., Ltd.
16. Updates to These Terms
RoK Toolkit may revise these Terms at any time. The date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect any changes. Continuing to use the site after revised Terms have been published means you accept the updated version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
17. Termination of Access
RoK Toolkit reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to the site at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination, including disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and liability limitations, will continue to apply after access is revoked.
18. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms at any time will not be interpreted as a waiver of that right going forward. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoK Toolkit with respect to your use of the site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
